Estimating

Clients may stop in with rough measurements or request a FREE ESTIMATE. Our process begins with one of our design staff visiting our clients in their home and taking measurements of their project(s). Providing an estimate to our clients allows them to financially plan for their projects. 

  

Acceptance

Once our clients accept our proposal, we can begin the project!  Clients are required to place a down payment

to cover the cost of the material & part of the fabrication process.  The remaining balance will be due upon the completion of the install.

Templating

We will schedule a day and time for one of our templaters to template any surfaces that require a hard template.

Layout & Fabrication

We offer our clients the opportunity to do layout on their chosen slab(s) for no additional charge. At this stage of the project we would begin to cut the raw material and start the edging process, and any cut outs.

Installation

Essence of Stone will coordinate with our client a specific date for installation of the countertops.  We offer home owners a 10 business day turn around time from day of template with the remaining balance due upon completion.
